The Bulgarian Artificial Intelligence Factory Brain++ has signed a strategic partnership with the ICT Cluster Varna.
On February 12, 2026, at the INSPIRE AI event held at Hotel Cherno More in Varna, which brought together over 200 representatives from the technology sector, academia, and public organizations, participants discussed the development of the regional innovation system, opportunities for collaboration, and the implementation of artificial intelligence.
A central highlight of the program was the signing of a memorandum of cooperation between the Bulgarian Artificial Intelligence Factory Brain++ and ICT Cluster Varna.
The partnership will support the development of solutions in the fields of artificial intelligence, scientific research, and industrial applications.
The collaboration aims to accelerate the adoption of AI technologies, advance research activities, and support the creation of high-tech products with international potential.
