All services we offer are completely free for end users, but they have their market value, which is reflected in the form of “state aid”.
1. How to get the service?
The process is as simple as possible for you:

2. Assessment: We assess your needs and determine the right services for you and their market value.
3. Documents: We give you a list of documents to provide.
4. Contract: We sign a short agreement describing what you will receive and how much it costs.
5. Implementation: Our experts provide the service.
6. Acceptance: After completion, you sign a protocol that the service has been successfully performed.
2. “State aid” mechanism (de minimis)
Although you do not pay with money, you receive a resource financed by public funds (the European Union and the national budget). This resource is transferred to your company in the form of so-called state aid or de minimis aid. For public organizations, a “no-aid” regime applies.
• What does this mean for you? The value of the service (for example, 5,000 euros) is recorded in your register of state aid received and reflected in the national register.
• What is the limit? The total amount of assistance under the financing program that a company (or “the same enterprise”), depending on its status determined on the basis of assets, turnover and personnel, can receive from all sources in Bulgaria for a period of the last 3 years is:
• – 220,000 euros for SMEs;
• – 300,000 euros for small mid-cap and large enterprises.
• Important rule: This limit applies for the last 3 years (on a date-to-date basis). When receiving a new service from us, we check whether you have not exceeded this ceiling.
3. What happens after receiving the service?
After using our service, your only commitment is:
• To keep the service documents (contract and protocol) for a minimum of 10 years, starting from January 1 of the year following the receipt of the assistance under the respective scheme.
• When applying for other grant or assistance programs in the future, to declare the value of the support received from us.
Why do we do it? The idea is for the state and the EU to “invest” in your technological development without burdening your budget. We take on the administrative burden of reporting, and you get the benefits of new knowledge and technologies.
