Geographic Focus
Bulgaria is the primary target geography of BRAIN++. Applicants from the wider South-East Europe region and other EU Member States are also eligible where they meet programme requirements and contribute to BRAIN++ objectives.
Where several proposals are assessed as equivalent in quality, preference is given in the following order:
- Bulgarian national projects
- Projects from South-East Europe
- Projects from other EU Member States
